Hey everyone, Spencer still isn't consistent with his sleeping patterns, but I'm happier than ever... he gave us 9 1/2 hours of pure sleep the other night. Oh the simple joys of parenthood.
This is what Aunt Karen would call "Milk Drunk" - He took two sips and his eyelids shut!
This is Spencer with his Great Grandpa and Granda Meyer. They were in town last weekend for a funeral, so we got to see them and our other Aunts and Uncles!
Nick and Spencer at the Deloitte Conference Dinner...
All the big accounting firms were on campus doing their recruits this past week. Nick would still love to work for Deloitte and we are pursuing the Boise, Idaho office. Nick didn't have to do an interview with Deloitte this week because he already went through that process over the summer. We're now just waiting to hear back from the company and hopefully they'll have an offer for us. The next time they can contact us is Oct. 4th, so we'll keep you posted. Jen has joined a flag football team with all of the girl cousins in Provo. We had a fun practice game the other night, and we hope to sneak in some great plays in our up coming game. Jen has been busy strategizing with cousin Ryan and they think they've come up with some pretty good stuff - too bad were not allowed to tackle!
While Nick's Mom, Janet, was in town we went up to Sundance and had lunch. We went back to the spot where Nick proposed just over two years ago. If only Spencer knew...that's where it all began! I don't think we had him in mind the last time we were standing on this bridge. Time sure passes quickly.
