We went to Arizona for Nate's graduation from ASU Law School! What an exciting time. Nate was so happy... he smiled through the whole thing! We had a wonderful vacation that week... Marc and Karen got into thier new home (it looked awesome)! Janet treated Stephanie and I to hair cuts and a pedicure - Thanks I loved it! We had lots of time to visit, eat great food, swim, cut Kristi and Derek's hair, watch movies, and shop! I came a way with lots of new prego clothes! Thanks everyone for a wonderful time!

Horse Show!

Nick scored major bonus points in the Daddy division when he picked up horse show tickets from work! Spencer thought it was the best event ever... especially since he's been watching Dreamer on and off for the past few months. He loves horses!
These horses were really cool. They did all sorts of interesting trots and moves to classical music. It wasn't what I expected to see, but we had a great time!

Spencer are you having fun or what!?! Thanks Daddy!

Happy Birthday Jen and Nick!

Jen and Nick both celebrated their 27th Birthdays the end of April. For Jen's Birthday we went to Cheesecake Factory and then walked around the mall. After the shopping was over we went to ice cream shops around town and picked up our free Birthday Club treats! We were on Ice cream overload by the end :o)
Spencer and Mommy at dinner - Yummy... we love the bread!

For Nick's Birthday, Spencer and I took him balloons and treats to his office and then we had lunch at PF Changs. That evening our neighbors watched Spencer so we could go on a date! We had a great time.

End of Tax Season

Nick and Bryan work together at Deloitte - Thus both families we're counting down the days to April 15th (the end of busy tax season). The Millers invited us to their cabin that weekend to relax, play games, ride 4-wheelers, and simply - Not be in the office :o) We had a blast! Check out the awesome scenery behind Nick - It was beautiful up there!

Jen and Spencer in the fort!

Nick and Spencer on the 4-wheeler...

Stops along the 4-wheeling trail...

Carrie Miller and her Kids on the 4-wheeler, Thanks for a great weekend at the Cabin!

The Boys throwing rocks into the river... This was Spencer's favorite part of the whole trip!

Cute as can be - Spencer just loving his new found stick!

Jake, Nick and Spencer - These little boys (and big boy - ha ha ha) could have spent the whole day throwing things into the little stream. They loved walking over the board walk and collecting things to throw. Spencer kept it simple, while Jakie tried chucking things in 3 times his size... not to mention we had to rescue Jake a few times from the water :o)

Time for Easter Eggs!

Spencer seemed to enjoy coloring his Easter eggs this year! He didn't want to dip them in the dye, he just wanted to paint on them!

Conference Weekend

Grandma and Grandpa gave me a golf set and a new ball. We had a lot of fun playing in the yard and going for walks. I love to be outside!
Grandma Roberts and Spencer

Stephanie and Nate showing off their Easter egg decorating skills... Let's just say we were all in competition and Stephanie won!

Jen, Spencer, and Grandma with our Easter eggs!

Basketball Battle Wound

Nick called from work on Friday and said his buddy, Clark from work, had invited us to join him and his wife Jen at the Basketball game. I thought it sounded like great fun, so Spencer and I got all ready and met Nick at his office at 7:00 and headed to the game. We were having a great time visiting, watching the game and eating Nachos. Spencer was having fun playing with their little daughter and watching the game. He kept saying B-Ball over and over while clapping for anything that seemed fun! Things were going great and then... a sudden trip and he fell. Landing his lip on the corner of a cement step - perfect hit (how do they do that?) Needless to say, it was sad! His three front teeth went through his upper lip leaving three gushing holes for blood! Truly it didn't bleed too long, but Nick was panicked and he had to pull himself together to hand me wipes and call his Brother Marc for medical advice. We ended up not taking him to the Hospital after the EMT from the arena took a look at him. We eased the pain with Motrin, Apple juice and Popsicles. Nick gave him a fathers blessing and we hoped everything would not scar too badly. Update: (Uncle Marc called to check on Spencer and we were able to report that he had a swollen lip for a few days, but didn't seem bothered by it. Things are healing awesome , and you almost can't tell that he even got hurt! )

Weekend with Nate

Nate came to Boise for a State Student Body meeting, so we got to hang out with him for a few days. We spent Saturday morning trying, along with a million other freshman on-line, to get Nate signed up for the dorms at BYU next year. We finally got logged in, and accomplished getting his name on a list to sign up in April... I love the way colleges don't plan for computer overloads and lots of students. Welcome to college life 101... why I can never get the classes I need, football tickets, housing, or a date :o) hahaha! Good Luck Nate!

Nate and Spencer just playing around!

This is Spencer having a blast at the Outback!

We love good food and fun times. We went and saw InkHeart at the theater after dinner. Nick read the book and said he thought the movie was way better, which he never says. I thought it was fun and unique. All weekend I kept telling Nick how much I enjoyed the move - I may have been in just the right mood, but I thought it was a must see! (Nothing more than entertaining, but worth going to!)
