We pulled a Kristi - Saturday morning we woke up and, on a whim, drove up to Idaho Falls for the weekend to watch Nate run in the State Cross Country Meet. He did awesome. Nate dropped quite a few seconds and ran a best time! Go Nate! I think he has an advantage because of his long legs.

Oh my heck!!!! Jen, next time you come to IF, you HAVE to call me. I live like 10 seconds from Freeman Park. Is that where the meet was? I want to see you guys!
I can't believe how tall Nate is, and how big Spencer is getting. I am so glad that things are going well for you. Please tell all your family I say hi!
